sketch/notebook, glasses, umbrella (london... you never know), bicycle light, (my bag), sunglasses, keys, oyster card, gum, pen, wallet, purse: hairpins, payslip (yay!), hairshine, ipod, sugarfree polos, heart shaped mirror, ibuprofen, makeup, shea butter, 8 hour cream and a map of san francisco.

Oh you beautiful things

Vogue has so many beautiful covers. When i was working with them they let me into the archives, it was absolutely amazing. Can you imagine every single issue of Vogue - from number 1 to the very last one! To see how it's changed over the years, during the war years, the retouching (wouldn't get a female bathingsuit model with a wee moustache today, would you?).. i feel privileged.



i ffffound these images. i love ffffound. ffffound makes my workday.


i can't remember where i got this from. i try to file everything accordingly so that i can refer back to it at a later stage. but i love it. i want to make a poster like this one day. I make great attempts to bring back poster art into the theatre and musical industry, but a lot of posters seem to be used as a vehicle to hold quotes. i'll keep trying.


I came across this image whilst looking up bands from an album i recently purchased: Perfect As Cats: A Tribute To The Cure. I love it. I also love this image and i feel California hippiefied me somewhat. But i love that too.
